This is due to the production process, which is carried out after the pre-sale phase. Thanks to conducting preorders, we can sell them much cheaper.
[IN PRODUCTION] products are products that are stock planned for production, products whose production is at an advanced level and the delivery time will be up to 3 weeks. It means the product reservation and delivery together with the pre-order phase.
We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days to return the item after receiving it if you don't like it. The only condition for a return is that the item is sent back in undamaged condition at the customer's expense.
